The 10th BRICS Policy Planning Dialogue, held in Brasilia on March 24-25, 2025, brought together policy planners from Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa to discuss pressing global issues and regional developments. The Indian delegation, led by Mr. Raghuram S, Joint Secretary (Policy Planning & Research), MEA, participated in extensive discussions on global geopolitical issues and regional developments. The dialogue also focused on institutional development of BRICS, reflecting the bloc's recent expansion. The participants explored key development priorities, including global health cooperation, evolving international trade and financial scenarios, climate action, artificial intelligence governance, and reforms of multilateral peace and security frameworks.
