Ramaphosa to Visit France for Education and Remembrance
In a statement, President Cyril Ramaphosa will undertake a working visit to France from July 10th to 12th, 2026. The visit includes co-chairing the UNESCO High-Level Steering Committee on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG4) on Education with Mr. Khaled El-Enany, Director-General of UNESCO, and attending the 110th Commemoration of the Battle of Delville Wood.

Context
The visit will take place at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, on July 10th, 2026. Subsequently, President Ramaphosa is scheduled to attend the 110th Commemoration of the Battle of Delville Wood which will be held at the South African Memorial in Longueval, approximately two hours from Paris on July 12th, 2026.
