U.S. Appoints Ambassador Henry Wooster as Chargé d’Affaires in Haiti

The United States has appointed Ambassador Henry Wooster as the new Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, effective June 12.
