Shri Godavarthi Venkata Srinivas, a seasoned diplomat from the Indian Foreign Service (IFS: 1993), has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Sultanate of Oman.
Currently serving as the Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of External Affairs, Shri Srinivas brings a wealth of experience to the role, having held various important positions throughout his distinguished diplomatic career. He is expected to assume his new assignment in Oman shortly.
