Japan and Cambodia Strengthen Bilateral Ties Amid Regional Developments

In a significant diplomatic development, the 2nd Cambodia-Japan Senior Officials’ Talks (SOTs) concluded on December 18, 2024, in Phnom Penh, bringing both countries closer to realizing their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
