MOSCOW, March 7, 2025 – Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri recently visited Moscow to hold bilateral Foreign Office Consultations with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko. The consultations, which took place on March 7, 2025, marked the latest in a series of high-level exchanges between the two nations.

In addition to these bilateral discussions, Foreign Secretary Misri met with high-ranking officials from Russia, including Maxim Oreshkin, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Russian Presidential Executive Office; Yury Ushakov, Aide to the Russian President; and Alexey Gruzdev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade. This marks the last round of Foreign Office Consultations held in New Delhi in November 2023, underscoring the importance of sustained engagement between the two nations.
