The announcement made on 21 Apr 2025, reveals that Prime Minister Shinawatra will be granted a Royal Audience by King Norodom Sihamoni at the Royal Palace during her visit. The Thai leader is also scheduled to pay separate courtesy calls on Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, and Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly.

During her stay in Cambodia, Prime Minister Shinawatra is expected to engage in a bilateral meeting with her Cambodian counterpart, Samdech Heng Samrin, aimed at charting a course of action for further deepening and expanding mutually beneficial cooperation between the two nations. Both leaders will also witness the signing of several documents on bilateral cooperation in various areas.

This visit coincides with the commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Cambodia and Thailand, highlighting the importance of the bilateral relationship in regional affairs.
