In a significant development, Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs SOK Chenda Sophea met with his Japanese counterpart, KAMIKAWA Yoko, on the sidelines of the ASEAN-Japan Commemorative Summit in Tokyo.
