The Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) between the United States and Sweden was signed on December 5th, formally establishing their defense cooperation. The two countries ‘current strong security partnership is intended to be strengthened by the agreement, which was signed by Swedish Defense Minister Pl Jonson and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
