REMINDER FOR THE PUBLIC

The public is hereby advised that pursuant to Order 3(3) of the State of Emergency for COVID 19 – ALL PEOPLE ARE PROHIBITED FROM GATHERING at Airports or Wharves unless it is for permitted travel.

Non-compliance with requirements of this Order will result in incurring of penalties stipulated under Order 15(1) (a) of the State of Emergency. An individual confirmed to have breached these requirements is liable to a fine of $200 for a first offence, and a fine of $500 for a continuous offence. For an organization, corporation or similar legal entity, a fine of $5000 for a first offence, and a fine of $7000 for a continuous offence.

We implore the country’s continuous support and assistance in keeping Samoa safe from the fury of COVID 19.
