Tatyana Golikova chairs a meeting of the emergency response centre for preventing the import and spread of the coronavirus infection in Russia

After considering the epidemiological situation in
individual countries, the meeting participants adopted a decision to resume
regular air traffic with the following countries on a reciprocal basis starting
October 5, 2021:

– Djibouti
on the Moscow-Djibouti route twice a week;

– India
on the Moscow-Goa, St Petersburg-Delhi and St Petersburg-Goa routes, one flight
a week per route;

– Spain
on the Moscow-Tenerife route twice a week;

– Kyrgyzstan on the Moscow-Osh route four times a
week; on the St Petersburg-Bishkek route once a week, St Petersburg-Osh and
Novosibirsk-Osh once a week on each route; Krasnoyarsk-Osh, Yekaterinburg-Osh
and Irkutsk-Osh routes once a week on each route;

– New Zealand on the Moscow-Wellington route twice
a week;

– United Arab Emirates on the Moscow-Sharjah route three times a week;

– Peru
on the Moscow-Lima route twice a week;

– Uzbekistan on the following routes: Moscow-Bukhara
twice a week, Moscow-Urgench once a week, Moscow-Samarkand twice a week,
Moscow-Namangan once a week, Moscow-Fergana once a week, Moscow-Andizhan once a
week, and Moscow-Termez once a week; regular flights from Russian airports that
have resumed international traffic, to the aforementioned cities of the
Republic of Uzbekistan once a week on each route;

– South African Republic
on the Moscow-Cape Town and
Moscow-Johannesburg routes twice a week on each route;

– Japan on the Khabarovsk-Tokyo route seven times a
week;

– Denmark
on the St Petersburg-Copenhagen route twice a week.

The participants also decided to increase the number
of regular reciprocal flights with the following countries starting October 5:

– Bahrain
on the Moscow-Manama route up to three flights a week;

– India
on the Moscow-Delhi route up to four flights a week;

– United Arab Emirates on the following routes:
Moscow-Dubai up to 10 flights a week; Moscow-Abu Dhabi up to five flights a
week; and Zhukovsky-Dubai up to two flights a week; flights from Russian
airports that have resumed international traffic to cities in the UAE, from one
to two flights a week;

– Tajikistan on the Moscow-Khujand and Moscow-Kulob
routes up to two flights a week; flights from Russian airports that have
resumed international traffic, to Bokhtar, Dushanbe, Khujand and Kulob, up to
twice a week on every route;

– Uzbekistan
on the Moscow-Tashkent route up to four times a week.

In addition, starting November 4, the number of regular
flight with Sri Lanka
on the Moscow-Colombo routes will increase to two flights a week.

At the same time, the Emergency Response Centre
decided to extend air traffic restrictions on flights to Tanzania through
November 1, 2021, considering its difficult epidemiological situation.

The Emergency Response Centre recommends that passengers be vaccinated against COVID-19 before flying
abroad.
