September 20, 2021, Chișinău – Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Nicu Popescu received a farewell visit from the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Moldova, Zhang Yinghong.
“We appreciated the intense and dynamic development of relations between our countries during the six-year term. On this occasion, I thanked for the assistance provided by China to the Republic of Moldova for combating the COVID-19 pandemic “- said Minister Nicu Popescu during the meeting.
At the same time, the head of Moldovan diplomacy expressed his appreciation for the personal contribution that Ambassador Zhang Yinghong had during his term in the development of bilateral relations and wished him success in his future work.
