H. E. Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel, and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi spoke on the phone today.
H. E. Mr. Netanyahu was congratulated warmly by the Prime Minister for being elected prime minister of Israel for a sixth time, and he wished him well.
The two leaders agreed that there was room for further strengthening strategic cooperation in a number of areas and expressed satisfaction with the India-Israel Strategic Partnership’s recent rapid advancement.
H. E. Mr. Netanyahu was extended an early invitation by the prime minister to travel to India.
