His Excellency Dr Irfaan Ali, President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, shared a light moment today with the President of the United States of America Joseph Biden along with several regional heads, including Surinamese President Chandrikapersad Santokhi; Antigua and Barbuda’s Prime Minister, Gaston Browne and Bahamian Prime Minister Philip Davis.
The Heads of State are currently attending the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP) 26 in Glasgow, Scotland.
