The Honourable Hugh Hilton Todd, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, this morning participated in a breakfast meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Community of Latin America and Caribbean States (CELAC) Association of Caribbean States (ACS) in collaboration with the CAF Development Bank, on the side-lines of the 77th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.
