New York celebrates the Cuban Revolution and demands an end to the US blockade

New York, 11 November 2021. Last night made a difference at the Cuban Mission to the United Nations. The premises were filled with cheers for the Cuban revolution, condemnation of the US government blockade against Cuba and expressions of support for a people who have bravely confronted the COVID pandemic, under strong sanctions from the world’s largest power.

The Cuban headquarters to the United Nations, located at Lexington and 38th Street, welcomed American representatives of the Cuba solidarity movement in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as Cuban residents, who demonstrated that the White House policy towards Cuba does not reflect the will of its people.
