On Tuesday, November 9, executives from the Ministries of Education of the Republic of Cuba and Education and Higher Education of the State of Qatar held a virtual meeting as part of the cooperation actions between the two countries. During the meeting, different topics related to universal basic education were discussed, especially from early childhood to pre-university level, as well as the preparation of personnel, special education and educational programs implemented by both Ministries.
The two parties stressed the importance that the governments of Cuba and Qatar attach to education as the basis of society and the existing potential to promote development projects for the benefit of both nations.
