Kampala. On the morning of February 10, Cuban Ambassador Tania Perez Xiques paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Kennedy Mokaya, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Republic of Kenya in Uganda.
The Kenyan diplomatic, who has been working in that diplomatic mission since 2019, thanked the opportunity of the meeting and was interested in the current situation in Cuba, an opportunity in which he received information on the challenges facing the Cuban government and people.
As expected, the meeting praised Cuba’s support for the African continent, both in the independence process and in the training of human resources for its development.
