The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation briefs the diplomatic and consular Corps and international and regional organizations on the situation in the country

On Thursday March 28, 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation His Excellency Ambassador Albert Shingiro briefed the diplomatic and consular Corps and international and regional organizations on the situation in the country at the Donatus Conference Center.

Subjects such as the political and security situation, economic development, good governance, justice, the attraction of the foreign investors through the improvement of the business climate, agriculture and livestock, the security situation in the region , bilateral cooperation, multilateral diplomacy, as well as the main global challenges and issues were approached.


On behalf of the diplomatic Corps, the Dean Mr Brigadier Matayo Kyaligonza, Ambassador of Uganda thanked the Minister for holding that session. The session ended with sharing a friendly lunch
