On The month of january 27, 2023 the Consulate General hosted the yearly alumni meeting of the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG). The president of AUBG Dr . David Evans, users of the board, alumni, donors and friends were existing.
The Consul General Dr . Angel Angelov welcomed the guests plus emphasized the leading role of the university among the educational institutions within Eastern Europe. He expressed his openness to cooperation with the large AUBG alumni community in the Tristate area. A panel discussion moderated by Dr . Evans adopted, which focused on the future progress AUBG and the merits of liberal arts education.
