Within the occasion of the annual event from the Finnish-Bulgarian Friendship Society within Turku, speeches were delivered by Mrs Nina Simova, Ambassador of the Republic associated with Bulgaria to the Republic of Finland and the Chairman of the Finnish-Bulgarian Friendship Society branch in Turku Mr Daniel Valtakari.
On January 14 th 2023, Ambassador Nina Simova as well as the diplomatic staff of the Charge of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Finland took part in the annual meeting of the local department of the Finnish-Bulgarian Friendship Culture in Turku. It was launched in 1957 in the associated with Turku as a local branch of the Finnish-Bulgarian Friendship Culture in the Republic of Finland to support friendly relations and the development of economic and ethnic cooperation between Finland and Bulgaria.
