The American Chamber of Commerce in India (AMCHAM) will host a FREE SEMINAR by experts from AMCHAM member company H&R Block on expatriate tax issues. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in the unique tax filing and bank reporting obligations of U.S. citizens working or living abroad. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. Additional panelists include Consular Section Chief David Warner, American Citizen Services Chief Eric Chu, and AMCHAM’s Director General CEO Ranjana Khanna.

Karan Sadarangani, EA: Has more than 12 years of experience in preparing domestic business tax returns, mostly small businesses, and consequently preparing the respective shareholders’/partners’ individual tax returns. Currently working as an Associate Manager in H&R Block, Hyderabad, and leading the Expat Tax Team.

Mitilesh Gaglani: Has close to 9 years of work experience in U.S. individual tax returns (both inpats and expats). Currently working as an Associate Manager in H&R Block, Hyderabad, and leading the India Retail Tax Team.

Amit Patil, CPA: Has work experience of 9 years. Currently working as Team Lead for Expat Prep at H&R Block, Hyderabad. Prior to H&R Block, he worked with Deloitte Tax LLP and was a retail banker with HDFC Bank and Yes Bank.
