Under Secretary of State designed for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights Uzra Zeya will travel to Minneapolis, Minnesota from December 8-9. Finally, Under Secretary Zeya will visit the Hubert H. Humphrey College of Public Affairs, where she will deliver remarks and engage with students from Augsburg University and the University of Minnesota about careers on the U. S. Department of State.
