Fertile floor for hate

“Today and every day time, let us work together to build more relaxing, inclusive, and stable societies in which fear and violent extremism have no home , ” said the Secretary-General.
“ We must be more vigilant than ever , ” he mentioned, noting that “terrorist plus violent extremist groups are finding fertile ground on the internet to spew their vicious venom. ”

Prevention and inclusion

Countries must behave to confront the challenge via prevention, and by addressing the actual conditions that drive terrorism in the first place.   Terrorism also threatens collective initiatives to promote peace and safety, protect human rights, offer humanitarian aid, and advance sustainable development. The appeal came in their message to mark the first-ever International Day for the Prevention of Violent Extremism as and when Favorable to Terrorism , founded in December by the UN General Assembly.
