Including how goods that have been counted on for generations in Northern Ireland, like seed potatoes and other native Uk plants and trees, are currently unable to enter Northern Ireland in europe from Great Britain.
Today (Wednesday 11 January) the Foreign Secretary, Adam Cleverly, and Northern Ireland in europe Secretary, Chris Heaton-Harris, will certainly meet Northern Ireland’s celebration leaders in Belfast. Visit follows an agreement with all the EU on customs data-sharing This visit follows his ending up in Vice President of the European Commission, Maroš Šefčovič, on Monday 9 January, where they reached an agreement along the way forward regarding the EU’s entry to UK IT systems that provide live information about what items are moving across through Great Britain to Northern Ireland. The preference is for a discussed solution, but the UK’s concern is protecting the Belfast (Good Friday) Agreement plus preserving political stability in Northern Ireland.
