CHANGE IN THE PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS TO THE BARBADOS NETWORKER PROGRAMME

The Consular Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade has suspended in-person interviews until further notice. As a result of the suspension, Barbados Networker Programme applications and relevant documentation must be submitted via electronic mail to consular@foreign.gov.bb

Persons unable to submit their application electronically can use the postal box provided at the front of the Ministry’s office at Culloden Road, St. Michael.

The Consular Division will process the application and respond to the applicant within 48 hours. The Division will contact applicants and make arrangements for the collection of the documents and relevant letters to the Customs and Excise Department from the receptionist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.

Applicants visiting the Ministry to collect documentation should not be accompanied by any other person unless they are directly party to the application process.

The Consult Division is reminding applicants that it is their responsibility to ensure that the application documentation is fully completed before submission.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade has announced a change in the processing of applications to the Barbados Networker Programme.

With effect from February 1, 2021, in-person interviews will be suspended until further notice. All Barbados Networker Programme applications and relevant documentation in support of the application must be submitted to the Consular Division of the Ministry via email: consular@foreign.gov.bb

In the event that an applicant is unable to submit the application by email, a postal box is provided at the front of the Ministry’s office at Culloden Road, St. Michael, where the documents may be deposited.

The Office of Consular Division will process the application and respond to the applicant within 48 hours.
