On January 14, 2022, a Burundian delegation, chaired by the Minister of East African Community Affairs, Youth, Sports and Culture Ambassador Ezéchiel NIBIGIRA was welcomed by the President of the United Republic of Tanzania HE Samia Suluhu Hassan.
This delegation brought to the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, HE Samia Suluhu Hassan the Message of the President of the Republic of Burundi, HE Evariste NDAYISHIMIYE. This message concerned the strengthening of economic and diplomatic cooperation between the two countries.
