Declaring to be bound from the commitments under the Trilateral Memorandum and delivering on them are usually two different matters. All of us reiterate once again our expectation from Sweden to take cement and effective steps beyond rhetoric, particularly in counter-terrorism, in accordance with its commitments underneath the Trilateral Memorandum.
This demonstration is a flagrant breach of the commitment of Sweden under the Trilateral Memorandum about the prevention of the propaganda of terrorist organizations.
