On 3 October 2019, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu met with Minister of Higher Education and Research Nabil Mohamed Ahmed of Djibouti.
Minister Çavuşoğlu stated that we would further increase the number of the Djiboutian scholarship students in Turkey.
On the same day, Minister Çavuşoğlu also met with Ambassador Mohammed Ali Lazreq of Morocco, Ambassador Luis Alberto Amoros Nunez of Cuba and Ambassador Raul S. Hernandez of the Philippines and wished them success during their term.
