On 12 November 2020, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu held a meeting in Ankara with Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad, Special Representative of the United States of America for Afghanistan Reconciliation.
During the meeting the latest developments in Afghanistan peace process were discussed.
Minister Çavuşoğlu stated that we would continue our strong support to efforts aiming at peace and stability in Afghanistan.
On the same day Minister Çavuşoğlu also received Ambassador Salma Frances Mancell Egala of Ghana, who paid a farewell visit, and thanked her for her contributions to the relations between our countries.
