Further to the heartfelt condolences offered by Prime Minister Dr the Honourable Keith Rowley to
the Government and People of France following the tragic events which unfolded in Paris on Friday
November 13, 2015, the Ministry of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs wishes to inform that, based
on feedback received from our Embassy in Belgium which has responsibility for France, no
national of Trinidad and Tobago was injured or among the fatalities. Trinidad and Tobago’s
Honorary Consul in Paris as well as both organizations of nationals in France – the Trinis in
France Association and the Trinidad and Tobago French Association – continue to liaise with
Trinidad and Tobago’s Embassy in Belgium.
