THE PUBLIC IS REMINDED OF ONGOING WORKS INVOLVING THE INSTALLATION OF PIPELINES IN VIEUX FORT AND ITS ENVIRONS.
The Water and Sewerage Company (WASCO) Inc. wishes to remind the public of ongoing works involving the installation of pipelines in Vieux Fort and its environs. Work areas include Augier, the Laborie highway, Vieux-Fort / Castries Highway near the Hewanorra International airport; and the Beausejour – Grace Road.
The works will be carried out between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will involve the diversion of traffic and some delays. Drivers and pedestrians are asked to continue to exercise caution in these areas for the safety of all. Note that these works will not affect the supply of water from the existing pipelines.
