Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a reply message to Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), and Comrade Nguyen Xuan Phuc, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on September 22.
The message reads as follows:
I express my deep thanks to Comrade General Secretary and Comrade President for having sent warm and inspiring congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the 73rd founding anniversary of the DPRK.
I am convinced that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two Parties and two countries which entered a new high stage would steadily strengthen and develop in the future, too, in conformity with the aspiration and desire of the two peoples.
I take this opportunity to sincerely wish Comrade General Secretary and Comrade President great successes in your responsible work for strengthening the Party and achieving the country’s prosperity and development.
