Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Rumen Radev, President of the Republic of Bulgaria, on March 3.
The message reads as follows:
On behalf of the government and people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, I extend my warm congratulations to you and to the government and people of your country on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Bulgaria.
I take this opportunity to express my conviction that the friendly relations between our two countries would further improve, and I sincerely wish you and the people of your country success in the efforts for national prosperity.
