The Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Hassan Rouhani, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on February 11.
The message reads as follows.
On behalf of the government and people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, I extend my warm congratulations to you and the government and people of your country on the occasion of the 42nd anniversary of the Victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
It is the consistent stand of the government of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to invariably strengthen and develop the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran on the same road of defending the independence, justice and peace.
I take this opportunity to sincerely wish you and the people of your country successes in the efforts for defending the national sovereignty and achieving its continuous development and prosperity.
