Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Nguyen Xuan Phuc, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on July 26.
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, in the message, warmly congratulated Comrade Nguyen Xuan Phuc upon his re-election as the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
In the message, he also said that his assumption of heavy responsibility as the head of state is an expression of great trust and expectation of the Communist Party of Vietnam and all the Vietnamese people.
Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two Parties and two countries developing on good terms would grow stronger in conformity with the interests of the peoples of the two countries, respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sincerely wished the President of Vietnam good health and great success in his responsible work.
