In commemoration of the 57th anniversary of the start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) by Chairman Kim Jong Il, leaders of political parties and figures of various circles from countries of the world highly praised in great admiration the immortal achievement in Party building made by Chairman Kim Jong Il who highly contributed to the socialist cause and the cause of global independence by strengthening the WPK into an invincible party.
Chairwoman of the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia said that Chairman Kim Jong Il had continuously enriched the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung through his energetic ideo-theoretical activities, thus laying a new milestone for the strengthening of the WPK. She stressed that during his work at the WPK Central Committee, Chairman Kim Jong Il, cherishing his loyalty to the revolutionary cause, had been faithful to the Party’s noble idea and devoted himself to the well-being and prosperity of the great Korean people
A Secretary of the Central Committee of the Slovak Communist Party noted that June 19 is a very significant day not only to the WPK and the Korean people but also to all communist parties and workers’ parties. Chairman Kim Jong Il made a great contribution to embodying and further developing the ideology and theory of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
National Chairman of the People’s Progressive Party of Nigeria said in high praise of Chairman Kim Jong Il that under the seasoned leadership of H.E. Kim Jong Il, the WPK was strengthened and developed into an invincible party, which formed a harmonious whole with the popular masses and reliably safeguarded the dignity of the country at all times even during the difficult periods.
General Secretary of the Guinean Rainbow People’s Assembly also highly praised Chairman Kim Jong Il, saying that he is a distinguished statesman who devoted all his life to the prosperity of Korea, people’s happiness and the cause of global independence.
Saying that the WPK was strengthened and developed into an invincible party and a general staff of the Korean revolution thanks to the remarkable wisdom and energetic guidance of H.E. Kim Jong Il, Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Bangladesh National Socialist Party stressed that the world revolutionary people will never forget Chairman Kim Jong Il – the great politician who performed immortal feats for the Korean revolution and for the independent cause of humankind.
Chairman of the Supreme Council of the National Socialist Party of Romania also highly praised Chairman Kim Jong Il, eternal General Secretary of the WPK, saying that his exploits are recorded in history with golden letters and his ideologies and theories serve as encyclopedic guideline for the international socialist movement to be followed not only by the current generation but also by the generations to come.
Chairperson of the Hungarian Workers’ Party lauded Chairman Kim Jong Il, saying that he is a peerless patriot who created a precious ideological and theoretical wealth for building a powerful state and increased in every way the politico-military might of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea by brilliantly carrying forward the revolutionary cause of President Kim Il Sung.
General Secretary of the Communist Party of DR Congo emphasized the following: Every line and policy put forward by the WPK at every stage of revolution and construction was personally mapped out by Chairman Kim Jong Il through his continued field guidance, reflecting the requirement and desire of the popular masses.
Chairman Kim Jong Il built the WPK into a party that strives for improving people’s material and cultural living, upholding it as the supreme principle of its activities. The loving footprints of Chairman Kim Jong Il who dedicated all his life for the people are indelibly left in every corner of the DPRK.
General Secretary of the Central Committee of the New Yugoslav Communist Party pointed out to the effect that Comrade Kim Jong Il is a great mentor of the international communist movement and the national liberation movements of the oppressed people; by his wise politico-diplomatic leadership, Chairman Kim Jong Il made a great contribution to the history of world politics and moved forward the independent cause of humankind; his great exploits will shine forever, and thanks to the leadership of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, the WPK will continue to advance towards new victory.
And General Secretary of the Central Committee of the People’s Socialist Party of Mexico also said that the WPK – which was founded by President Kim Il Sung and strengthened and developed into a rock-solid party by Chairman Kim Jong Il – always led the Korean people to victory in their efforts for firmly safeguarding the sovereignty and dignity of the nation and building a powerful socialist country, and the WPK and the Korean people, being now wisely led by respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, will achieve glorious victory in their historic advance for carrying out the decisions made at the Eighth Party Congress.
