Today all countries and nations are striving to abolish the obsolete international relations enforcing all sorts of domination, subordination and submission and to establish a just, independent and prosperous international order and this trend is becoming irreversible in the present era.
At the High-Level Event on Debt and Liquidity held last March, the President of Rwanda, emphasizing the importance of improving international debt architecture, stated that there exists a clear divisive line in the world, fostering an unfair international order and denying even an opportunity of poor people for prosperity.
At the 46th session of United Nations Human Rights Council held sometime ago, the permanent representative of Cuba highlighted that today’s world is the one in which the great powers are imposing an anti-democratic and unfair international order favoring themselves only. Meanwhile, in other international conference, the spokeswoman of Qatari Foreign Ministry also called for the establishment of an international order and fair international law inclusive of value, justice and equality of humankind.
However, certain states become more reckless in suppressing peace, prosperity and development of the world, inflicting pains and misfortunes on peoples of numerous countries by clinging to unilateral, unfair and old international order that prioritizes their political ideology, values and economic interests as a standard.
Its ulterior intention and scheme is to violate and rein over the independence of other countries and nations for the sake of their dominant position and interests.
The present era is the one of independence. The past history clearly proves that masterminds of confrontation, conflict and inequality are destined to destruction.
The old international order is the root source of all inequalities as it forces others into domination, subordination and submission, and its total dissolution presents itself as the most urgent demand of the era and humanity.
As equal members of the international society, all countries and nations have independent and equal rights and the firm guarantee of those rights should be the basis of all international relations and order.
All countries aspiring to justice in the world should not tolerate any privileges and arbitrariness in international relations by dint of unity and solidarity and should actively strive to establish a just international order based on the principle of mutual respect, non-interference, equality and mutual benefit.
