Kim Tok Hun, Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to L. Oyun-Erdene on his appointment as Prime Minister of Mongolia on February 3.
Expressing belief that the long-standing and traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger by joint efforts, he wished the Prime Minister success in his work.
