Kim Tok Hun, Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a congratulatory message on September 2 to Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the occasion of the 76th founding anniversary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The message expressed belief that the good relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger, wishing the Prime Minister bigger successes in his responsible work to develop the economy of the country and improve livelihood of the people.
On the same day, DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Son Gwon sent a congratulatory message to his Vietnamese counterpart Bui Thanh Son on the same occasion.
