Ri Son Gwon, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a message of congratulation on June 12 to Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov, Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of the Day of Russia.
He said in the message that the DPRK-Russia relations of friendship with a long history and tradition have entered a new stage of development through the DPRK-Russia summit held in Vladivostok.
Convinced that mutual support and cooperation between the two foreign ministries would grow stronger in steadily expanding and developing the DPRK-Russia relations of friendship, he wished the Russian foreign minister success in his work.
