OPENING CEREMONY OF THE INAUGURAL STAMP DAY AND A PHOTO EXHIBITION WERE HELD – Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia

Diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Germany were established on January 31, 1974, and a series of events will be held in Ulaanbaatar and Berlin throughout the year as part of the milestone anniversary.The opening ceremony of the exhibition of the postal stamps and photographs was attended by H. Kulitz, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Mongolia, representatives of diplomatic missions, international organizations in Ulaanbaatar, senior diplomats as well as honorary guests who contributed to the development of Mongolian-German relations.Following this tradition, the opening ceremony of the inaugural Stamp day and a photo exhibition were held under the theme “50 Years of Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Mongolia and the Federal Republic of Germany.”The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, in cooperation with “Mongol Post” Company, has the tradition of issuing special postal stamps on the occasion of milestone anniversaries of the establishment of diplomatic relations with partner countries.
