Johnson Smith describes Jamaica’s adoption of the Montego Bay Convention as “our most significant contribution to multilateralism

The Minister shared that “the work of the International Seabed Authority (#ISA), throughout the 27th session of the Authority and beyond, must continue to deliver on the legacy of our forbearers and remain true to the spirit in which the Convention was developed- that is, with care and a deep commitment to protecting the deep-sea marine environment and its ecosystems.”
