Exhibition on achievements of 7 years of Union government commences at Panaji, Goa

Field Outreach Bureau (FOB) – Goa, the local unit of Bureau of Outreach and Communication, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, on Wednesday mounted an exhibition on the achievements of seven years of the Union Government. The five-day multimedia exhibition on the welfare schemes of Government of India is set under the theme of “Seven Years of Seva” ; alongside the site of Saras Mela at Campal, Panaji, Goa.
Chief Minister of Goa Dr Pramod Sawant Inaugurated the event , Shri Micheal Lobo, Minister of Rural development, Government of Goa also present. The inauguration was followed by cultural events.Thirteen schemes of Government of India vis a vis Atmanirbhar Bharat, Ayushman Bharat, Jal Jeevan Mission, MSME Schemes, Minimum Support Price (MSP), PM Mudra Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, PMGKY, PM Kisan Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana (Saubhagya), Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Ujjwala Scheme, and Free Covid vaccination are showcased in the exhibition.
The exposition features detailed statistics and features of the central sector schemes mentioned above, which not only outline the scheme but also inspires the public in better adoption and implementation. The information rich content of the expo is espousing the firm commitment of the Union government in uplifting the weaker sections of the society. The milestones shared on the exhibition, of the journey of the last Seven years is a testament of the strength we have as a nation and the firm foundations that have been laid in the last few years makes us confident that we will be able to bounce back with resilience, given the challenging and difficult times we are in.
