The Honourable Hugh Hilton Todd, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, today engaged with his CARICOM counterparts at a Lunch meeting hosted by Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore on the sidelines of the 77th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Singapore hosted the event in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Forum of Small States (FOSS) which is an informal platform at the level of the United Nations that brings together states with populations under ten million to discuss issues of common interest. The Forum on Small States (FOSS) was established in 1992 by the Republic of Singapore, which has remained the chair since.
