On March 18, 2021, His Excellency Charrandass Persaud presented the Letter of Credence to His Excellency Shri Ram Nath Kovind, President of the Republic of India, in a virtual ceremony accrediting him as the High Commissioner of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana to the Republic of India.
