The Honourable Hugh Hilton Todd, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, today, joined the visiting high-level Delegation from Ghana led by Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President of Ghana to meet with Dr. Paloma Mohamed, Vice Chancellor of the University of Guyana (UG) and Faculty Deans.
Discussions were focused around areas of collaboration in educational training and exchanges in technical fields, such as oil and gas, infrastructure and energy.
