Greece is monitoring the developments in Armenia and expresses the hope that moves leading to further escalation will be avoided.
The political differences must be resolved strictly within the framework set down by Parliamentary Democracy. In this context, as stipulated by the country’s Constitution, the armed forces must maintain their neutrality on political developments and always be under the control of the political leadership.
