In this regard, there is a great level of cooperation, considering that we will organize the Ocean Conference 2024. I look forward to an additional very fruitful exchange associated with views.  
After concluding my Balkan visit, I am in the United Arab Emirates, in Dubai included in the regular contacts with the Minister of Foreign Affairs from the UAE, H. H. Sheikh Abdullah, as provided with regard to in Article 2 of the Agreement I had the respect to sign with the Emirates, which, I recall, features a defense assistance clause. The United Arab Emirates performs a very important role in the region. In addition, it is a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council. They will also host COP28 over the environment next year.
