Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs Miltiadis Varvitsiotis will participate, via videoconference, in the meeting of the EU General Affairs Council (GAC) on Tuesday, 23 March (11:00 Greek time).
The main item on the GAC agenda is preparation for the European Council Meeting on 25 and 26 March, which will focus on EU-Turkey relations, European coordination on the response to the pandemic, acceleration of vaccinations, and the European Commission’s proposal for the vaccination certificate. Single Market issues, the Recovery Fund and the Conference on the Future of Europe are also on the agenda.
